  • What are your processing and shipping times?
    Iit will take me 3-5 business days to process all photography prints and canvas art before they ship. If the print does not ship by the fifth business day for any reason, I will contact you with an update. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped. All items will be shipped first class mail via the USPS, unless otherwise notified. Please allow approx. 7-10 days to receive your order after processing begins. I will contact you if this will be delayed for any reason.
  • What is your shipping policy?
    I currently only ship to the United States. All photographs will be shipped in size-appropriate mailers via USPS (unless otherwise notified). Additional photos ordered at the same time may be shipped together in the same package, but I will contact you to confirm. Please allow approximately 3-5 days to receive your item once it has shipped. Note that delays can happen due to inclement weather and other events that might affect the USPS from being able to deliver on time. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
  • What if my purchase arrives damaged?
    All items will be sent well packaged for greatest protection while in transit. However, things unfortunately happen! If your item arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible. A photo of the damaged item will be required so I can promptly remedy the situation and resend your order.
  • What is your return policy?
    I truly hope you will enjoy your purchase! However, if you are not satisfied, I will exchange your items or refund your purchase cost (minus shipping) upon receipt of the returned item*. Exceptions apply, refer to list below for more details. Please contact me within five (5) days of delivery to request a return. Items must be shipped back within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. *Please note: • Gallery wrap canvas prints are considered custom orders. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can not accept exchanges or returns for gallery wrap canvas prints. • Because prints that are 20x20 and larger are very expensive and time consuming to create, there will be a 40% restocking fee for exchanges and returns.
  • Do you accept custom orders?
    Yes! If you do not see a specific size you are looking for, please contact me with your request and I will do whatever I can to accomodate. Note that all color images can also be converted to black and white prints upon request.
  • Do your prints come matted or framed?
    No, photo prints do not include mats or frames.
